Welcome to my therapist portfolio. I’m a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Our Lady of the Lake University, completing the final stages of my master’s degree. My training includes extensive coursework in trauma-informed care, inclusive counseling practices, and emerging therapeutic modalities. This site offers a window into my work as a mental health partner—featuring academic writings, manuscripts in progress, and original online courses I’ve designed on mindfulness, trauma, and systemic advocacy.
While I am not yet a licensed clinician, my approach is grounded in lived experience, ethical practice, and a commitment to transformative change. I integrate innovative frameworks like motif mapping with a focus on accessibility, cultural humility, and client voice.
